    Banned for posting a referral?
    I did not post a referral... Look at my deleted thread, and also where does it state that i can't? even if i wanted to? its not a sticky located on the top of runescape guides... I would appreciate if you unbanned me, and put my guide back up as theoretically i am not breaking any immediate rules.
