Marketplace dispute locked from forum

I'm making this thread in regards to my account being locked from the marketplace.
Could you please unlock my account and give me privileges to post on the marketplace again, thank you!

The issue with this user was that I received numerous complaints of him using his Verified status to find boosters on Sythe/Skype, hire them for a job, and then never pay them. Most new boosters (seems they were targeted), aren't too familiar with proof and rules, and so hard evidence was never posted. I was simply contacted on Skype by those who hadn't been paid, and thus he was banned from the LoL market.

Considering he was banned from the LoL market quite a while ago, and didn't dispute it soon after, leads me to believe he knew what he had done (I could be completely wrong).

Couldn't find the original market ban date, but it's been quite a while, maybe 6-8 months or so.

Opinions on unbanning from market?

 

I never scammed my boosters nor did i try to find boosters off sythe, pretty sure you can check my forum posts related to my account on this website "elojobbing" all of these boosters have worked for me previously.
I would like to be unban from the marketplace and given another chance, thank you!
