i currently got charged by the following company

webroyalshop.com victoria Sc 29.95USD but im pretty sure i've never heard of that site before.

can someone please find out what the site does? cause the website doesnt work.

also looked in my history and nothing came up

 

I can't get any info on it, scam maybe? I would dispute it if I were you.

 

Does anyone know your paypal password?

nope it wasnt via paypal it was charged to my credit card

 

Seems like they create websites for people.

If it wasn't you sending them the payment, three things (possibly even more) may have happened:
#1 someone keylogged you and knows your credit card info that you may have typed or saved on your computer.
#2 you got frauded or "skimmed" without your knowledge; more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card_fraud#Skimming
#3 human error in bank

Looks as though it somehow promotes your website to get to top of google etc?

I'd cancel your Credit Card if I were you..
But it seems odd that they're only taking $29.95 out.

 

Credit card been cloned/ you been keylogged it could of been used?

 

you need to tell you credit card company emidiatly those people are major scammers they generate hundreds of credit cards and take small amounts of money ( most people dont notice) if they arent reported they take more and more (charged my fiance's mom's card for 680$ before she noticed) i dont know how these people havnt been shut down yet its illegal in all countries and it causes permenant damage to peoples credit

 

call bank and and immediately request your statement so you can review all your purchases.

 

Seems like it is a web advertising service, Kinda like google Ads. I would call your bank, or paypal immediatly, and tell them about it. Who knows, you may even get more money out of it.
