Account Recovery, Skype account hacked

Dear Mods/Admins,

Came back after a few months break to find out that my Skype has been hacked but I believe that my forum account has not been tempered with Two-Factor Authentication already set.

I'm also in the process of resetting my password for Skype although that isn't going so well at the moment as I'm informed to contact Customer Support which I have not received a reply yet.

How should I go about retrieving my account? Will be happy to cooperate.

 

Try to recover your skype account (give the process a few days). If that can't be done, create a new one with 2fa (live ID), then come back and post a screenshot of your computer virus scan, then your account will be unbanned.

I suggest getting 2fa applied on your skype as well to avoid these situations in the future. I sent a request to get you unbanned.
