Ban Evasion

I've just been banned for ban evading - apparently because an account I've got currently was previously owned by someone on Sythe (LoLSmurfin)?

I'm no ban evader, I can tell you that now. If LoLSmurfin can prove to me that he did in fact own the account and it was recovered I'll more than happily give it over to him. I don't want my bank sitting on an unsafe account either way.

Finally, although the above accusations are false it still doesn't take away from the original ban report. From the points I've posted on there you can clearly see how contradictory his posts are.
