Request to remove DNT

Hi all,

I received a DNT for not fulfilling an order for an offer I made. I did have all intentions of paying and I am actually in buying the account if it's available.

The only reason I didn't pay is I had to travel overseas as there was a family emergency.

I would love to be pardoned and for the DNT to be removed as I was really trying to become more active within the community which you will be able to see.

Edit: I will do whatever I need to do to assist in getting this removed.
