Insanosky's Request for a High Pardon

Im insanosky and i would like to request for a High Pardon.

I got banned a year ago for "Ban Evading". I share IPs with "Maic4".
I wont lie, but i am NOT maic4, the evidence agaisnt me its really strong tho, IPs matching a LOT, so i realized i cant prove i

am not maic4.
This was my first appeal, made through Pureown, because i couldnt log on the site, my IP was banned.

Just for you to know, i had many problems with my IP. Im from Chile, and ALL my country's IPs got banned from this site due to

hacker attacks, i had to beg for many weeks to alot of people, till they decided to unban the IPs, while my country was banned,

people adviced me to use a proxy, so i proxied durung that time.

Plus i had a problem like this one, on another trading forum "MMObay", and i managed to solve it by talking to the administrators

I sold an account to another person ( knotsy or smethign like that), and next day the admin contacted me saying that i was

sharing ips with knotsy, and another person that sold him an account. Problem was that knotsy scammed many persons that night,

including me, because the payment was held ( i won the appeal later).

I sent all the proof i had to the admin, including paypal transactions and everything he asked me on AIM, so he knew something

weird happened, finally i proved my innocence. I can prove the above, or you can contact the admin if you have any questions.

Im dont really know how does this ip matching system works, or what really happened, but as i asked around, some friends told me

that i possibly got keylogged, or someone had access to my computer through some kind of program, because im pretty sure nobody

else used my own computer. Maic4's attached email, its actually my personal old email that i still control, and has never been

hacked (that i know), so this really confuses me.

As you can see its really hard to deal with a problem like this, and there is no way i could prove im not the owner of the other

account, so i decided to find as much information as i could for that account: "Maic4".

Apparently he was going to buy a guide from [Cal], but the guide was a common sense method ( GE buy and resell), that means that

[Cal] didnt had the right to sell that guide.

So maic4 contacted shredderbeam, a moderator, to solve the problem for him.
The picture clearly says "you dont have to pay", the same day maic4 was banned.

I dont really know why was he banned, but looks like he got banned for not paying for that guide, wich i really think he didnt

had to pay for.

Please read the whole thread, everyone else agrees that the guide was common sence.

[Cal] created his account 1 day before this happened, and he got banned 22 days after.

Looks like [Cal] was a scammer, and maic4 was innocent, he just didnt paid because he didnt got what he wanted to buy.




Here is the thread where i posted this information, and you can see kerokerokola there, saying that he can assume maic4 is innocent, and stating that i have a " insanely dynamic IP address, it seems like there was a lot of jumping from location to location..."

As you guys can see, if maic4 is innocent, then he shouldnt be banned, wich doesnt make me a Ban Evader.

In the case you still think that maic4 is a scammer, alright lets say he got banned for scamming a guide worth 5$, here you can

see the links to my vouches, i dont have really big trades, but im not a guy that would scam 5$.

Resuming the whole thing, if you think im innocent, or if you think im guilty of scamming 5$, i would like to request a High

Pardon.
I used to be an active member of the runescape markets, then i moved to the wow markets and wow forums.
I really want to get back to the comunity, i waited a year to appeal again and request a high pardon, please guys read the whole

post, you will see im not guilty.




SUMMARY


I have tryed to make this in all the possible ways, appealing as insanosky ( couldnt prove ), appealing as maic4 (wasnt allowed to appeal as someone else), requested a high pardon ( didnt applied because i was kind of appealing) so now i decided to resume everything, just to show that i havent scammed, and that i should be unbanned, because im no threat for the community.

I cant admit im maic4, because im not, and trust me at this point it would be easier just to admit, and ask for a pardon for stealing a guide worth 5$, but im taking all the responsability for this account and my IP. And please feel free to contact me for any question: [email protected]
