Banned for 1 month/ TWCed?

1) Self vouching? We've been warned about this rule before, and both of us removed the vouches as soon as we were informed. There was a report thread and everything. I believe Dave handled the thread and said don't let it happen again. The "Self" part may be assumed because we have the same IP, which we also cleared up in the past as we are IRL friends and visit each other's houses frequently, and also visit Sythe. (at his house ATM, and have been for about a day - banned ~3hours ago)

2) TWC EVASION? How am I TWC evading, if my account was created before Burntish's and he was the only one to receive the TWC, which had been removed a long time back. (months)

Again, we have been reported for the exact same reasons in the past, and it was cleared up by Dave. No vouches have been exchanged by either of us since. Account interaction is assumed by the mods due to the IP matches.

We can not find the thread of in which we were reported.

You were banned by me after a staff discussion/investigation.

You also fail to mention the fact that both accounts have the same SVU details on them. Either you're lying, or you falsified SVU information.

(Slashz) Okay so when I first started Sythe, I had no idea what the actual purpose of SVU was. This was obviously my mistake for not thoroughly looking into it. I first donated $25 to be eligible for the SVU, then for the next $5 I found out we weren't allowed to pay by RSGP. I tried using my PayPal but it was unverified as I was unable to link a credit card to the account. So I asked my friend Burntish if he could help me out. He gave me his Paypal details and I used it to pay for my SVU. This is why our details match. I realized what the actual purpose of SVU was later on but I recalled giving my OWN number when registering for the SVU, so I thought it would be okay. Also it had been months since the transaction so I assumed using someone else's Paypal for SVU was not considered an offence (unsure still if it is or isn't). For these reasons I did not inform any staff of it.


But, I hope you can understand that we are not the same person. Ask our customers, we are two different people. Bert (http://www.sythe.org/members/414878-bert.html) can confirm, as we have hosted in the Changers cc together and have both been on teamspeak/tinychat (cam as well)

I hope this clears up the "self vouching", and interaction on two accounts.
I believe the TWC evasion was already cleared up.

Btw, I realize earlier we said that burntish gave me his PP details to pay for the SVU, and on the screenshots I have provided he clearly logs on my account to do it. I apologize for this. It was a quite awhile back and I must've gotten confused to a similar situation of when burntish gave me his PP to pay for something else (LoL RP) I trusted him with my account as he was an IRL friend, and this is the only time he ever used my account, I now have 2 factor authentication. I didn't know back then it was considered
