Someone stole or changed my password.

someone either stole or changed my password, i made the account today and just tried getting on and my pass had been changed. i can't request an account because today gmail wasn't working, so when i made the account i couldn't use my email (i didn't use my email because i didn't know if i had to verify something and i couldn't get into it so i didn't want to use my broken one) so i used an "quick email" from 10minutemail. its a email the website gives you for 10 minutes to use for whatever you need. so i cant request my password back via email, so i need someone to change it for me. however, i DO know my recovery phrase.
