Appeal

My last appeal was never answered and is on the 2nd page so i figured it wouldnt get answered there.

What are you to do when you get banned while you are on vacation and when you come back, you ask why you have been banned and the only thing Pen will tell you is that its been a month, too late. There was never a scammer report and I made it well known in many of my posts I would be out of country for more than a month. I think its pretty much bullshit because no one would even talk to me back than and am hoping someone will now. Can anyone give me any insight on the matter other than quoting the rules? Can you give me the name of the mod who banned me?
