def pure or tank?

i just made an acc and got it to like 30 def 1 att 1 str.........but it's kinda boring, i was wondering if i should stay a def pure and get to whatever or become a tank............and if i bec ome a tank what def lvl should i stop at

 

Tank, defense are only for looks.

Make it either a 40 defense or 45 defense.

 

Tank it, beat d slayer, and get range, etc.

 

If your wanting a tank stop at 40 defence.

But defence pures own =]

 

Leo, get 40 def. Then get your range up as high as you can. Ideally, get 70 def and 70+ range. Range tanks are unstoppable.

Oke, If you are f2p you should get to lvl 40 for full d'hide and Rune Full helm.
For p2p's you shouldn't train deff till range lv 70.
And then train deff at PestControl, than you will be 4 cmb lvl's lower then training deff before 70 range.

I never understood the point of defence pures, so I'm gonna have to say tank. 70+ range 70+ defence

 

go for maxed tank

 

Unless you have the patience of a sloth, id go tank

 

Tank seing as you can do so much more.
Why everyone say 40 - 45 defence, that's not tank at all. 75 - 99 is tank but with 92 - 99 range.
Get 52 - 70 prayer.
Then you're maxed tank.

 

70 Attack
70 Strength
45 Def
90-99 Ranged
94-99 Magic
44-52 Prayer

Ideal Tank, rapes all BH

 

Become a berserker pure so therefore stop at 45 def and get 70 att with 85+ str.
