Party Hat FT (Post Feb 1st) Trade Prices?

I know prices change vastly from seller to seller, but could some experienced traders give me an estimate price for each hat colour?

This would be a no gp trade. So pure real world cash for the party hat.

I understand certain hats are crashing or had a recent dip so perhaps that could also be factored in. These would just be guide prices though. So I do not rush into a trade waving a massive offer that I do not need to.

I assume as a gp/$ price comes back into play it will be easier to predict the values. Since most people might prefer to buy gp than overpay for a phat. Or buy a phat and sell it then sell the gold or vis versa.
