Owner25 is a scammer, accepted the price straight away, I was going to go first "He couldn't buy it over the ebay because verified paypal accounts can't pay using it/doesn't work. Your treating me like im an idiot at computers for one, even if it was an older internet explorer, which probably wouldn't be compatible with vista anyway, it would have the vista bar at the top! has nothing to do with the version of internet explorer you have to what the bars like, operating system controls it all.
