fastest way from 39-50 RC and 11-50 hunting?

please share below, i've never really bothered with these skills so i've no idea.

 

Runespan is the best and fastest way for runecrafting.

As for Hunter:

11-19 Hunter - Copper longtails
Copper longtails are located in the Piscatoris Hunter area near the Falconer on the mini-map. The only thing required to hunt Copper longtails is a Bird snare. Copper longtails give 61XP each. You can easily get to this hunting ground by walking from Tree Gnome Stronghold or even using a Ring of Duelling.

19-29 Hunter - Tropical wagtails
Tropical wagtails are located in the Feldip Hills, specifically on the southern and western areas of the Feldip Hills. Tropical wagtails give 95.2XP each. For this part, it's best to have two Bird snares. After catching six Tropical wagtails, you are granted access to using two Bird snares instead of one. It's advisable that you bring food with you if you're a low level because they can give some trouble in earlier levels. Also, be sure to move away from the traps when you set them up because you are still sensitive to failed trap attempts.

29-47 Hunter - Swamp lizards
Swamp lizards can be found in the Morytania swamp. For these, you'll need two Ropes and two Small nets. You can also bring Guam tar for bait, however it's optional and can speed up training by a significant margin. Swamp lizards give 152XP each in Hunter. Priest in Peril is a required quest to have access to the swamp. You can bank the Swamp lizards as they are pretty valuable (about 1.4k each today) or you can choose to release them once you've caught them. I've found that catching Swamp lizards to level 47 Hunter is profitable and pretty fast (depending on if you use Guam tar).

47-50 Hunter - Orange salamanders
Orange salamanders can be found in the Uzer Hunter area in the desert. For Orange salamanders, you'll need three Ropes and three Small nets. Marrentill tar is optional as bait, however they can speed up training. You'll also need Waterskins (4) to avoid dehydration and coins for the carpet ride. Orange salamanders give 224XP each. To get to the Uzer Hunter area, pass through the Shantay Pass and take the carpet to the Ruins of Uzer, then run west. If you hit run into a river, you've gone too far. Refer to your mini-map if needed.
