#Dice-RS - The Stat of Something New

Dear owners,

I introduce you our gambling chat, but WAIT! This isn't just some simple boring gambling chat, currently we are developing our RS - IRC bot in Java, which will have tons of mouth-watering features. Its main utility: generate random numbers to be able to provide the most enjoyable gambling experience. It's more then just that though, ladies and gentlemen *drum roll*..., I present you: RSDiceBot, the futuristic-leading gambling bot.

RSDiceBot: As the word shows, it's in-fact RS combined with DiceBot. What could this possibly mean? Prepare for what you have never seen. Our bot will have a lot of games to gamble on, such as dice games, flower games, Black jack, poker? The list goes on. Unlimited enjoyable features such as high-scores and advanced statistics, monthly awards, daily prizes and more to come.

As you might have guessed, we are still in development. We want your support.

What is IRC?
Short for Internet Relay Chat, IRC is a protocol for real-time Internet text messaging (chat) or synchronous conferencing. It is mainly designed for group communication in discussion forums, called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message. To make it simple: It's an instant group-chat.

What is IRC dicing/gambling?
Due to the removal of the dice-bag item from runescape, we had to find an other way to simulate dicing/gambling. We laid the facts out, and made it as simple as we could: Two players trade equal amounts of RSGP to the designed host in Runescape. The host, sets up the dice duel on IRC, using special characters and words that RSDiceBot recognizes. At this point our bot knows x-player is dueling against x-player for x-amount of RSGP. Everything is set, the two opponents simply have to type in the chat "!roll", and our bot will return completely random dice rolls, declaring the winner and the loser. I insist on the completely random, and I mean it. The bot will message the host to give what amount to what player, therefor we keep it as simple as we can and no confusion is created.

Message to gamblers:

What makes us better then the chat you're currently using to gamble:

• RSDiceBot will have hundreds of features and a whole new selection of even odds games to gamble on. Dice duels, Black jack, poker, more??? Name it we might have it if not we might add it! We appreciate & apply good suggestions.
• High-scores & advanced statistics for every single user.

• Most gambling chats on IRC use mSL to script their bot which limits them greatly to what they can do, mine being developed in Java will allow me to do many more interesting things... , I can't tell more though.
• Trust us! This may sound harsh, I know... but think about it: we don't sell ranks and we will only allow trust-able people to host. Any scams are refunded. We are worth the trust.
• Most gambling parties allow their host to take 10% of the pot. We have a strict limit of 5%, therefor, you win more money when you win a bet.
• Our bot works perfectly for number randomization, so there is no chance that you get tricked into losing your bank. You will be able to view the average roll of a person before a dice-duel, we will have statistics & high-scores to prove that it is all random, nonetheless.
• We put the people first. We care about everyone, no exceptions. (We appreciate and learn with the feed-back we are given, please continue to do so)

Message to everyone that wishes to become a host:

We need hosts that are honest and trust-able. Want to become one? There are no more then two requirements you will have to acquire:

1: You need to be active in our IRC channel, #dice-rs on SwiftIRC (irc.swiftirc.net) which can be easily joined by typing the following link in your browser: www.dice-rs.com . Enter your user-name and hit the connect button. Please always use the same user-name.
Tip: try being at all times in the chat, even when you're away from the computer. I strongly recommend downloading mIRC, an IRC client that has many more utilities.

2: Unfortunately we can't just rank you as a host when you first join, you will need to prove yourself. You will need to prove that you are trust-able. We have no choice to do so, we absolutely need to prevent any kind of scamming as we completely refund all scams. You will need to prove yourself, as an honest and mature person, that will be able to handle rough times, have faith in us and won't bail on us when you think we're going to break down. At first, most people will think that this is a huge waste of time. But guess how the other gambling chats started? My point is, everyone has to start somewhere. We have to start at the bottom of the ladder, but we definitely will climb as fast as possible and trust us, we will not miss one step on our way up that damn ladder.

Most people will wonder: How can I prove myself..?

Now you may wonder: why would I want to become a host, why would I want to spend time on this, what are the benefits?
Motivation is the key to success. Think of when our friends chat will be filled with nothing but gamblers, you will finally enjoy your hard efforts by making millions per minute hosting bets and keeping 5% of the pot. While we climb our way to the top, we will become huge. At this point hosting can gain yourself a great amount of RSGP, I've seen people make 100m in not even two hours, it's crazy.

You will be one of the persons that hosts a gamble/bet between two players, for example dice duels. Two persons on runescape will trade you equal amounts of RSGP, for example 10m each, which results in a 20m pot (total). As a host, (similar to a middleman) you will keep 5% of the pot, which means you would gain a profit of 1m (5% of 20m = 1m) within not even two minutes.

Though, you must understand, as we are starting into this business, we won't have big betters or dedicated gamblers, meaning you will only make a few mils on the first day. However, as time goes by, more and more betters will join us allowing you to make more profit everyday. We will need full support from every single one of you and in the end - we all will be rewarded. We are investing a lot of time, efforts and money into this project and we know we will not be defeated.

Even if you don't scape, you don't want to host, gamble or have any association with us, you still might want to join us for several reasons:

so there are not buy ins...? Even though no one likesthe fact you need to spend alot of GP to buy a rank as insurance, its better than no insurance [ even if the chance of it being repaid actually works ]
