*Bandits Help* Best Gear/XpRate/Tips?

Hey guys im currently 87 str, im not one of those kids that walk around with like 50atk 50str 40def and stuff i have high summoning, and attack/mage/range, im some what a tank but anyways i wanna get into main pking again and try to get atleast 95str like everyone always says, Bandits are the way to go. Well how? I don't see much of a diffrence in videos.. Well im gonna give it a shot but i need help, im planning on using a sara sword and i need help on..


-Cheap Gear to buy that make bandits attack me.
-Food Tactics such as Unnoting by selling at store.
-Tactics period such as spots, weps, pots etc.
-Summoning Pouches

If i can can get these simple commands answered would be great, so i can start soon.

The best gear to use at bandits is guthans with a zamorak/saradomin item if you have higher defense. If you have lower defense and willing to spend some money, do bandits with initiate and prayer pots, and use your sara sword. Remember to bring a sara/zammy item or they won't attack you.

 

I recommend decent armor better than rune. Saradomin arrows so they attack you, and bring unnoted monkfish and some gp.

 

Guthans, pots, rocktail. Then you are golden.

 

Guthans Pots and Rocktail like trippin said, but I do is it at a pure so I usually take Monk robes and Prayer Pots.
