First Hitted scammer (4 years ago)

Around 4 years ago, this guy scammed me for $200. The account was
recovered after 1 day.

The link to the account I thought I was purchasing: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=407168 - the runescape login/account name was something like 0o0o0o0ooo0
The same account posted a year later! - http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=569700 -

WHY WOULD I SEND HIM $200 FOR NO REASON?


I was naive and silly, I attempted to make a dispute with this person but It was given in his favour since it was virtual goods and I was unaware of paypal's policy's.

I would also like to appeal to one of the official OMM's at the time, I can't remember your name but there was definitely one involved

There is trails of this guy selling and recovering/locking this account all over Sythe, I believe he is even selling the exact same account right now, I hope this is enough evidence, I lost a lot of money to this guy.
