    Briefly explain the trade: 33m rsgp for .63/m

    How they scammed: He tried to offer for my 33m rsgp, and when I said that we're using a middleman, he said that sure if I'm paying fees (it's an alibi) and then i said that we're going to use a free one, he said he has already been scammed by one, without providing any proof. But I said when we're using a free one with 1000+ vouches and no scam history before, he went offline and disputed.

    He can refuse a mm if he wants, refusing a free middleman or paid middleman doesn't warrant a TWC.
