I believe this may be around the time MegaMatt was hacked but if it checks out then he'll have to repay you.

Can you please post the entire conversation and the detailed screen of the paypal transaction which outlines the chargeback (uncropped)?

We can't see the proof if we can't access the video. You need to make it so we can actually watch the video. Make the video unlisted and PM it to Roary.

 

Ive now seen it. Problem being there's no confirmation of the buyers paypal e-mail, but I don't have any doubts it's the hacker.

Are you the original owner of the account? Also in your paypal picture what is that the timestamp of? The reversal, or the actual payment? If it is the reversal time, please show us the time that the actual payment was made (before it was reversed).

 

Im the original owner of the account, in the second picture first line shows when the payment was done ( May 15 ) and on the May 20 the reversal have heppend.

 

Can you recover the account at all?

 

Original owners are always able to recover the account. Why haven't you been able to do so? Or have you not tried yet?

 

i have not tried, i thought he would repay as he was a moderator or something, it seemed to me that hes way too legit to not to. i will try now.

 

Tell us how it goes. Since you are the original owner I don't see why there would be a problem.

 

the problem is that u need to email to accountsupport and it takes couple days or even weeks to respond so this may take some time.

 

Considering Matt is from Canada but the Skype says England, I find this rather fishy.
