Scammed by 'Dialatic'

I recently got scammed by dialatic... he did attempt a double scam but falied.
Perm IP would be nice.

Just to be clear, I was asking him to log off the whole time. And he still hasn't logged off now.

Seems like specal help to me.

 

He's PM'd explaining details and after I review them I'll make a decision. And he's not receiving special help, he asked me to simply look over it. Not side with him.

 

Ok, but if it's ok with you I'd rather a different mod, admin looks it over... for obvious reasons.

 

Seems like umad because he won't do business with you. Whoever wants to look this over, because he thinks I'm some kind of biased mod feel free to.

Also, you have absolutely nothing, your PM's aren't decisive and it doesn't really make sense what you're reporting.

I'll let another mod handle it now.

 

he didn't log off as soon as I asked... he wouldnt even 50:50 and then he acused me of scamming? even though i said it's fine if you don't trust me I2ll find somebody eles...

For the record, Ben isn't a biased moderator.

I don't believe that you didn't get your account back. You're just bitter because he wouldn't bot for you. I consider this a fake report and I'll leave it up to another moderator to assess if it's appropriate to take action against you.

EDIT: You've admitted he did nothing wrong but are still attempting to get him banned?
