Ban Suggestion

[Chris7]

I would like to suggest that people are permantly banned if caught scamming. I was scammed 276m the other day and the person in question was banned for 90 days. I doubt Ill get my money back from his either.

So please make it that people are pemantly banned until they pay back the money they scammed.
