    This Be Considered Ban Evading?
    As best I can tell, cinoyp13 was able to recover the account. As such, I can't really ban Straggler pending reimbursement (as the user was able to recover the losses on his own). So, unless cinoyp13 claims damages/stolen items, I don't think a ban is necessary.
