recover account without email?

Hi I used to play RS before the email thing started and i think i got hacked and someone put an email address onto the account, but now I want to play again I can't recover as it says my email doesnt match the one on the account. I have recovered it before back when email wasn't required as I know most of the stuff apart from the recoveries as they have been changed, so is it still possible to recover the account?

It is possible, but you need all info.

 

You can still recover, when it asks for your email the first time (Just press enter twice and it'll let you go to normal process.

At the end of the next page, YOU MUST put in any email address.
They will notify that email if the appeal was successful or denied.

Thanks for that, didn't know it, I got hacked recently but they had my bank pin in some way, I never give out bank pins lol, anyways, it helped
