Ban on Sythe with no reason

Recently banned my account named THUNDERCHEATZ for unknown reason.

The profile was banned for "possible ban circumvention"

Only thing is that it was my first registration here and I have absolutely nothing to do with that account, I was shocked when I saw the reason for the ban, it's not normal to block new users without a reason.

I'll say it again! I am not related to this account for which my account was banned, and for what reason at all the user reporter my profile immediately after registration is a mystery to me.

I hope that in the administration there are competent people who will help to solve this problem otherwise complete negligence on your part

P.S I want to block/remove this Phanti account because the rules prohibit multi-accounts on Sythe. I created it to contact you about this problem as the "Contact US" button just doesn't work!

I created this account with VPN just to dispute ban, and i can log in to my main thundercheatz account with my home IP

 

I created a Phanti account to dispute the THUNDERCHEATZ account ban because I couldn't find this thread, this is my first time on Sythe and I'm having a hard time navigating here.I would like to delete Phanti account because I'm not going to use multiple accounts and break the rules, I'm posting from my home IP.
