ban lifted then perma ban???

ban lifted then perma ban???

    ban lifted then perma ban???
    I was banned until august the 10 (i think). Someone lifted my ban yesterday (I don't know who?), and I was able to log in my sythe account and post. I even posted a thank you to whoever lifted my ban. Today, as I logged in a notification said I was permanently banned for ban evasion?? What's going on here?
