    Making a new account can't recover old one.
    My previous account was black man, I couldn't recover because of lack of use. Mad back in 2007-08,

    My problem is it counts the unregistered account I tried to recover it as my account so it's blocking me from making a new one

    Making a new account can't recover old one.
    If you don't feel like persisting with the Account Recovery that's fine, however if you want to make a new account, please create another dispute with the requested username and the email you'd like your temp pass to be sent to.
