    Ok so he wanted to buy my purple partyhat on battlescape a runescape private server he verifys the cash in-game and i show him the phat, he has a mod vouch so i said i'll go first and i trade him the phat he logs off msn and doesn't trade me my rsgp.

    Why does it matter if they're cropped or uncropped ? some other admin/mod please review it and make a decision he will keep scamming unless someone does something about it.
