Disputing 3day ban+infractions

Hi, as tittle says i'm banned for 2's time for spamming.
First time Sengira supported 5 reports against me and all of them was unfair.
The first one was that some mod has turned back on the forum and i wrote "Do anyone know them" ?
I dont know how can a question can be spam but maby Sengira can explain me....
The other infraction has no thread, it was "Private" wich i dont know what that mean but i'm sure Sengira can explain.
Another post by me was like on the runescape excharge section and i wrote something like that "Its better for u to use Official MiddleMans to avoid the scammers here" and something like that.
I'm pretty sure advices,offers,non off topic are not spam.
So i taked my ban for 3 days with that unfair infractions and that ban expires.
When the ban expire i have bumped my 2 threads (I'm pretty sure i can do that after 3 days i guess) , maked 1 new one and posted on one thread that i want to sell gold on "Sell" section.
I maked mistake with that post becouse the seller wants to sell not to buy and i gives my sorry to him and maked new post with on topic offer on the thread.
I think i make several offers wich all are IN TOPIC and its NOT SPAM.
Please, check the reports for SPAM before u support it.
Check before ban,infraction or whatever u do.
Also i have reported one bastard becouse he spamed on my thread like 10 times and he dont get 1 infraction.
I asked some mod "Cant remember the name right now", and i get answer : Some mods dont put infractions or bans for that kind of reports.
So Sengira, if u have something against me just tell me... I dont know why all spamers dont get deserved infractions/bans , but i take bans for unfair infractions.
My ban will expire : Date the ban will be lifted: 05-13-2011, 03:00 PM
But i dont want to wait becouse that its unfair ban+infractions

I want my ban to be removed and all those unfair infractions.
And please for future, check the reports before support it, becouse i have maked a test and all reports got an answer like "Done,Thanks" but there was no violation.
