Ban evading - Machine Gun

I was intending to post this to the above topic but alas... couldn't.

So yah, what i have is a good bit of circumstancial evidence that, with what is in the above topic, should be enough to ban him.

I made this post on MG's topic which links that acc with two prevously banned accs.

Edit - all above acc's were made on the same day or at least near on the same day.
