BANNED?? WHY???

So I haven't traded on sythe for almost a year up untill yesterday. I returned to sythe to buy some things.

I couldn't access my account "lpool4321" because it had 2-step verification. The phone that had my authenticator is broken so I've been trying to get that back but no admins have been getting back to me.
Yesterday I was on an account which I created "lpool1234" I bought a name from peaceful1 which @Xprod MM'ed for us. soon after this I get banned for "ban evasion"

What is the problem? have I done something wrong? because I'm pretty sure I haven't. and if I have then please let me know and I would kindly ask you to pardon me
