Rastas banned evader

Rastaa was last known as the following: rare trader,pump hoarder,ghettoo thug he clearly has a repation to himself.

All his previous accounts are ALL banned

How do I know his a banned evader? His runescape name is 'Pump Hoarder' every item he sells he gets on rs with this account. If u do a trade with him I can gaurantee u will be trading 'Pump Hoarder'.

Also his previous name before pump hoarder was ghettoo thug, this guy is really not smart.

He also has the same avatar as his last account 'rare trader'

If u can check his IP from his several accounts they WILL match.
