Also, with the help of Sythes new tool, I managed to search it's member ID and come out with a result;

YES, I understand that just because they have a match, does not necessarily mean they are in fact the same person. Just a little suspicious, and all that would be asked is that someone check up on this. In regards to that I also notice the hashed IP is infact the same, please correct me if I'm wrong, but the same IP address will have the same hashed IP? I also find it oddly suspicious that Purple smurf was banned on the 29th November, 2012 then oddly enough account Elena was created December 2012.

 

Appreciate the diligence but they are cousins and purple smurf is SRB'd anyway
