Why you think they are ban evading:

on this thread he confirms his skype on the powerbot account 'JAQ' as 'JAQJAQ007' Which is the same on on his Sythe profile. : http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/886118-jaq-name-sale/?hl= jaq
