Why you think they are ban evading:
I'll give you links to actual posts they posted. Each of the posts have msn, and the msns match. Ban the IP please. Seems like he has been scamming for 3 years already. Decided to check on google when suddenly this random guy added me and said he was selling them, and when I said link to his vouches (he claimed he had 28) he logged. So it was suspicious.
