I bought this "guide" for 7.50$

It was stated that it was no requirements, and came with two methods..

One method REQUIRES 31 prayer(Stealing monk robes)..was not told until after purchase..

The other method (Stealing toy mice) Does not work period. You cannot sell them, but the bigger problem? You cannot find anyone to steal them from, let alone bot it. I tried all places he suggested, still did not find a single person...Tried selling some I already had from agility training, did not work >.< Couldn't sell for 1k ea in world 1.. (He claimed they were 3k).

Biggest problem of all? After I leaked the guide on the thread with a warning (after he refused to refund) He tried to sell to zRainbowdash, hes willing to confirm it as well.

I am going to perform a chargeback on the payment, that wont cause any trouble for me will it? I filed a claim asking for a refund on paypal and he hasn't responded to it yet.
