Hariov is a scammer!

I was scammed by the user 'Hariov' earlier today.

Briefly explain the trade: The deal for the trade was that I would send him my Dota 2 gift on Steam, and he would then return with a payment of 40$ to my paypal account.

How they scammed: He agreed to the trade, and after I sent my gift (I went first because he had 12 vouches) he proceeded to delete and block me. I also tried contacting him on another account, he blocked me once again.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: The best proof I have for you to see that he is a scammer, is a screenshot of a private message from him initially, the other screenshot is of the chat we had in the steam instant messenger. You can prove it was him by looking at the Sythe.org Pm photo (tradeproof2) and seeing where he states his Steam ID that he wants to contact me at. The steam ID he posted is 'gatarizzle' as you can see in the screenshot. I contacted on this Steam ID when he scammed me. On the person's steam account which 'Hariov' told me to contact him on you can see that his display name is 'GATA'. Follow the link to his steampowered account page and you will see that his name is the same as in the second proof screenshot. You can also see in the trade log chat, him clearly agreeing to the trade, and after the last message when i took the screenie, he got offline and never payed for the Dota 2 gift he already recieved.
