In short, this guy claimed authorized transaction on paypal after I got him a firecape.

His friends Cas and ienjoiskateing witnessed and probs helped him cuz they had been talking on skype when I did the cape.

They even called me back again, laughing hard. He was not ashamed of his deeds, he's confident that nothing will happen to him and it's not his first time. I've recorded their voices.

Very shocked how shameless can scammers be these days. I could care less about the 10 bucks, just posting this in case he approached someone else.

I am reporting him for fraud to Paypal so if a mod could be bothered to do a search to find out who else he had scammed, that would help me greatly. http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=244878 This his Sythe account, there should be others.
