Can you provide proof that this is his Skype?
Either

• A PM confirmation that this is actually him

or

• A post of his declaring his Skype name

 

Hi, I don't know if he is an impersonator or not, but his skype name is zestyroper.

I managed to grab his ip through the skype-exploit (you can google this)

his I.P address is [BLOCKED] and lives in UK

Hopefully you can find who is behind this through this, I can help you with this investigation, as it seems like this person is a "professional" scammer who steals anything he can. (exploiting the fact that I am a new member, even if I have been here back in 2005)

What do you mean? I gave you his I.P Address.

If you're an admin you can check on this forum if he got any accounts, and then ban him.

The purpose is to ban scammers, right? There you have I.P

If you need the tool to get I.P from skype name let me know and i'll show you.

Basically someone on Sythe added me with that skype name, and that's his I.P.

Who knows ?


ALSO, you can check if that I.P matches his account.

The IP you provided doesn't match the user in question.
It matches two other users but we can't ban them purely on an IP match.

 

Why would a person have two accounts?

If you want to see proof that the scammer in the picture is using that I.P

use this resolver and type in his skype name:

If the I.P matches the scammer, you found a link and both of those accounts is this person. If you check ISP on those two accounts and they match, you got the scammer.

Their Sythe account isn't under that IP, so it could have been anyone you were talking to. It is possible for two different people to have a matching IP, so we can't ban due to an IP alone, we need additional evidence (i.e. contact detail confirmation)
