[Superfluous]Burntish wont refund my 10m07 Deposit and money he owes me!

Sythe Mod's please help me out with this problem.
So what happend is that Burntish asked me to work for him at "BurnServe".
He told me that I need to pay a 10m07 "Deposit" so that there will be no scam.
So I paied him the 10m07 to him and did some jobs for him which I still haven't got paied back!
So after I did some works for a Week orso I was done with hes service and wanted to quit and get my 10m07 back so that I could concentrate more on School, I still haden't been paied out for my work I had done.
But he told me I can't get my money back because it was a "Fee" (he clearly told me that it was a "Deposit" in the begin, not a FEE).
So I thaught about it and came to conclusion not to quit but to take a long break of the service because I won't get my 10m07 back, if I ever wanted to come back than I don't have to pay the 10m07 back.
There the discussion was ended and I took a break from hes service.
But now(today) I messaged him if there is any work because I wanted to come back to the service.
What he's response: You are fired...
He says I was undercutting and thats why I got fired.
So now I don't get my 10M07 Deposit nor my Money he owe's me for my work I done for him!

Please don't use the need 2nd opinion tag, that is for moderators only. I'll talk to superfluous but a decision was already made on this case

 

But burntish hadnt had any proof, only proof was of him asking the workers if they knew about it.
I was never updated about that the 10m was no more refundable, i paied it as a deposit.
Idk where superfluos sees burntish hes proof.
