lolprololnoob scammed me out of a gift card and 45$

I have extensive proof of this. He mainly wont refund me even though I have been completely reasonable with him. He played two games with me and I asked for a refund, he didn't respond.
Also I gave him a gift card at the start of the trade. He said he wouldent take it and I check the balance. 6.77$ He refunded it back to 50 but to my surprise the next day I checked it and it was back at the same amount.

At this point he cancelled it and then ordered the same item a day later.

At this point I was being very resonable. He said it took 72 hours (site said within 30 minutes)

Now I am posting because of all of this. This is the point where he removed/blocked me
Message to him: Cancel your order at best buy. I called and they said it was placed Aug. 26. If you don't cancel it I expect you to pay me back for the gift card and the 37$ (originally 45)

For clarification I gave him the gift card for 50$ on the 26th. He said it wouldn't work so he refunded it. I then payed him 45$ the 27th and after that I realized he had placed another order on the gift card around midnight of the 26th. But I thought it was a bug in the system so I waited the 72 hours that he told me it would end up taking till it was too late.
