    Why you think they are ban evading:
    i was viewing his thread a few times when realising the pictures he provided are the exact ones that he was using in his old threads! you can find the exact thread under the name "Ceebl" which i reported and got him banned because he scammed me!! also it seems he has scammed a few people too under his new name. i hope i have done this correct and hope that you can ban him permanently next time!!!
