Why you think they are ban evading: Because he sold multiple accounts on Sythe and then he recovered them. Both of them also got the same signature, it's only the name that's the different, it can be proofen if the signature was saved in the archive or somewhere.
He also added me back, trying to sell me that account and strangely, he recovered the account that was recovered, that I bought from rbooher, claiming he was the original owner.
