    Why you think they are ban evading: Rostrum just joined Sythe and he already have a sig ready. The text under his image sig is same format as Alcaeus/Aerostophe. Accepting the same payment option. And most of all, he trolls other boards so his name will not show as Newcomer. He's currently selling Neopets UC Plushie pets which can cost over $100.
