Why you think they are ban evading:
Check the current accounts Youtube on his profile (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=278485) the account is "http://www.youtube.com/user/nosafing1".

On the banned account he states a few times that is also his Youtube account: http://ww2.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=6766528&postcount=9

Apart from that, they are very similar names and both are firecapers. An IP search will probably confirm my grudge.

 

I.Ps are very similar as well. I think we have enough here to warrant a ban. Thanks John.
