Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

he has contacted me about buying a rs3 skiller, linked me.. only to find out he sold it ages ago. then i pmed ''nolva'' i did not know this was his account aswell, but he pmed me on skype saying that he read my pm and linked me the account. so i thought ok? 2 accounts, acting as the same person.. then i found 3 of his other accounts on here are banned.. i dont have any proof those accounts are directly linked to him but its always worth a look i suppose
