He sent me a PM showing it was him.

Basically what happened was I gave him 100M in game, he then screwed around for ages saying that his paypal was lagging, slow comp etc.
Then after awhile I asked could you please just give it back. He said he would and I'm not sure if he was doing this to try make the conversation really long to make it harder to ban him or what. He then just logged out.
