Scammer Questguy

Briefly explain the trade: I was looking to sell my cards from a mobile game Fantasica, when this guy contacted me using Kik messenger. He said that he can be trusted and have people who can vouch for him. I agree to trade one card first, and he told me that he cant send the payment because his paypal is the business account and can only send a minimum of $400.
He said that he pay the full price after I sent another card and when I received the payment, I would send him the last one. After the trade was done, he demanded the last card or he wont pay, so I decided to cancel our trade. He said he would give back my card, which he never did.

How they scammed: I provided my part of the deal but he didn't do his part and demanded more, we decide to cancel, he never gave back the goods.

PS: Having 700+ vouches means nothing, I was going to sell those cards to pay my rent, my bank account was frozen due to some bank error and if I cant pay my rent within the week, I will get kicked out of my house!! Reporting this guy will probably do nothing to get my stuff back, but I will do it anyway.

 

Do you have any way to confirm it was actually questguy and not an impostor?
