The account was sent for Elo Boosting, instead he changed the password and summoner's name, typically went offline after that.
Changing the username and password of my account was never a part of ELO boosting.
I believe the currently provided proof tells the story and should be enough, however, if required I will provide any staff member with TeamViewer access to go over any conversation, if payment proof is required will private message it to the concerned staff.

Waiting for a staff member to respond before I create a dispute on paypal (125+10 USD) against him.

 

Osmium - can you provide proof that you haven't charged back the payment. If you can, I'll ban him.

According to his quote, he stopped / deleted you because you recovered the payment. From the screenshot above, the payment seems to be fine, so Kr0nix can dispute this ban if he can provide a screenshot showing proof that Osmium has chargedback.

 

He changed my password and summoner's name aswell, which is not a part of boosting the account.
That is straight away an attempt to steal the account.

 

He's already been banned and we have yet to see a dispute from him. Do whatever you can to get your account back from him, and we'll go from there.
