Resy is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade:

Resy wished to purchase 141M from me via PA. He sent the money to PlayerAuctions, and I promptly traded him 141M cash.

How they scammed:

After receiving the 141M rsgp, he filed a dispute on PlayerAuctions, claiming he received nothing out of the 141M, and blocked me from MSN. I challenged the claim, and he had it escallated to the dispute council on PlayerAuctions.

If anybody could please help me, PlayerAuctions says it requires evidence of the trade, for me to get a refund. I have screenshots and a (high quality) video I wish to send them, but there's no button or contact email given. How do i give them the proof of delivery? Please help
