Black List RS is a ban evader

Why you think they are ban evading: i was looking at my thread where i was selling my 134 to bump it, and i noticed that black list rs guy, and i noticed that he vouched for gp king that he mmed 300m or something. i know that's what gp king was temp banned for, so i looked at that guys posts and he was talking about making android apps, which gp king told me he does. if you check the ip's i guarantee it's the same guy. if you let this guy come back to sythe after his temp ban, i guarantee he will scam again. he is a shady character that will cause problems in the future, and i guarantee they are the same person.
